Anthony V. Pusateri

Tony is Senior Vice President of RealPage, Inc., a property management software solutions provider, where he is responsible for the operations of CrossFire, including implementation, studio, marketing, and the contact center. Prior to joining RealPage, Tony was head of Equity Residential’s National Education Division where he was responsible for facilitating classroom training, career counseling, leadership development, strategic business development, analysis of educational products and processes, and management of the National Educational team. He has also held several senior leadership positions with REITs, savings and loans, public syndicators, and privately-held companies in the real estate industry. Tony has received numerous industry designations, including CPM, CSM, and CAPS. He is also the ninth person named to the National Apartment Association Hall of Fame. Tony is a Texas Real Estate Broker, a Certified Property Manager, and is the former President of the National Apartment Association and the former President and executive committee member of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas. Tony has coached soccer for 16 seasons, served on various councils such as VP of Council for All Saints Catholic Church, and enjoys playing golf at Prestonwood Country Club. Tony is a graduate of St. Ambrose University, where he was active in a variety of organizations, including the Young Republicans, Tri Beta, Chicago Club, NSA, and the Student Government Association.
