Craig Barnes

Mr. Barnes joined T Bank in February 2008, as Executive Vice President/Chief Credit Officer. He was formerly a Board Member, President and Chief Executive Officer of Share Plus Federal Bank in Plano, TX. Complete oversight of that organization spanned more than eighteen years. Mr. Barnes’ career began in a multi-billion dollar Mid-West Money Center Bank where he received extensive Formal Credit Training and completed a formal comprehensive Bank Management Training Program. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Missouri Western State University and has fulfilled an Executive Management Program of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Palo Alto, CA.

Brad Clapp

Mr. Clapp joined Cain Watters and Associates in 1998 as a Financial Planner, and became a partner of the firm in 2008. In addition to providing full service financial planning to more than 100 clients, Mr. Clapp is the partner in charge of CWA’s IT department. He is a Certified Public Accountant and an Investment Advisor Representative. Mr. Clapp started his career at an international accounting firm. During his time there, he worked in the federal tax division, assisting clients with a wide variety of topics, ranging from the preparation of individual tax returns to planning corporate tax strategies. Mr. Clapp received his Bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Arkansas, and a Master of Science in taxation from the University of Denver.

Patrick Howard

Mr. Howard was named President & Chief Executive Officer of T Bancshares, Inc. and T Bank, N.A. in July 2010. He joined as a Director and Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of both organizations in September 2007. Previously and from 1994, Mr. Howard served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of a $2.2 billion savings bank headquartered in Denver, Colorado. His responsibilities included management of bank operations, retail branch operations, mortgage servicing and loan operations, compliance and business and strategic planning, as well as serving on the board of directors. Mr. Howard started his banking career in 1986 in San Antonio, Texas. He is an honors graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance.

Steven M. Jones

Mr. Jones has been a director of our Company since February 2004. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer until October 2007 when he became Market President for the Plano, Texas region. Mr. Jones is a life-long Texas native and has lived in the Dallas area for the past 30 years, during which time he has been associated with several community banks in the Dallas market. Prior to joining T Bank, he was Executive Vice President and Senior Lending Officer of First Independent National Bank in Plano, Texas. Mr. Jones is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance. He is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University and the National Commercial Lending School at Oklahoma University. Mr. Jones began his banking career in 1984 at Texas National Bank, a community bank located in Dallas. Between September 1987 and August 1997, he served in various lending officer capacities with Willow Bend National Bank, Bonham State Bank and Compass Bank before joining First State Bank of Texas (formerly Addison National Bank) in August 1997 as a Senior Vice President and Loan Officer. Mr. Jones served in these capacities for approximately three years before leaving the bank to become an Executive Vice President and Senior Lending Officer of First Independent National Bank where he served until April 2004.

Eric Langford

Mr. Langford has been a director of our Company since February 2003. Mr. Langford is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Texas A&M University. He has been active in the real estate industry for over 28 years as an investor and developer. Since 1995, he has managed Langford Property Company. He previously served as Senior Vice President for two leading national real estate firms, Opus West Corporation and Koll Development Company. A 50-year resident of Dallas, Mr. Langford was the founding President of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, which awarded him with the Stemmons Service Award, the highest honor in the Dallas real estate industry.

Thomas McDougal, DDS

Dr. McDougal has been a director of our Company since February 2003. Dr. McDougal is a practicing dentist, having been in private practice since 1970. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor University. Since 1988, Dr. McDougal has practiced in Richardson, Texas as the owner of Tom M. McDougal DDS. He also serves on the board of directors of several national dentistry associations.

Tom Sanders

Mr. Sanders joined Cain Watters and Associates in 2002 as an associate planner to Mike Watters, eventually taking over the primary planning responsibilities for Mr. Watters’ client base. Mr. Sanders became a partner of the firm in 2008, and is also the partner in charge of the tax department. He is a Certified Public Accountant and an Investment Advisor Representative. He holds memberships with of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of CPAs and the Dallas Society of CPAs. Mr. Sanders’ career started at one of the Big Four accounting firms, where he specialized in personal and corporate tax planning, including several international assignments to Saudi Arabia. Tom received a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and a Master of Science in taxation from Baylor University.

Haag Sherman

Mr. Sherman serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Tectonic Holdings, LLC, which is the parent of Tectonic Advisors LLC (a registered investment adviser with $1.7 billion in assets under management and advisement and provides advisory services to T Bank’s fiduciary assets) and Sanders Morris Harris LLC (a broker dealer with over $1 billion in client assets).  In addition, Mr. Sherman is Chairman of T Bancshares, Inc. and T Bank, NA, a nationally chartered bank, which are affiliates of Tectonic by virtue of common ownership.  Prior thereto, Mr. Sherman co-founded and served in various executive positions (including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer) of Salient Partners, LP, a Houston-based investment firm with $17.5 billion in assets.  At Salient, Mr. Sherman developed most of Salient’s investment products and co-developed patented software that provided scale to the distribution of Salient’s investment products.  Prior to co-founding Salient, Mr. Sherman served as an executive officer and partner of The Redstone Companies where he, among other things, managed a private equity portfolio (with a concentration in financial services companies).  Mr. Sherman previously practiced corporate law at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP and was an auditor at Price Waterhouse, a public accounting firm.  Mr. Sherman is an attorney and certified public accountant.  Mr. Sherman has served as an adjunct professor of law at The University of Texas School of Law.  Mr. Sherman has served on the boards of directors of several non-profit as well as public companies, including: Hilltop Holdings Inc. (NYSE:  HTH) and Salient Midstream and MLP Fund (NYSE:  SMM), which he co-founded.  He has commented and written extensively on public policy and financial matters, including authoring articles for Barron’sMarketwatch and other publications and wrote Shattering Orthodoxies:  An Economic and Foreign Policy Blueprint for America (Easton Press, 2008), which reached no. 6 on Amazon’s top Social and Economic Policy Books after publication.

Dan Wicker

Mr. Wicker joined Cain Watters and Associates as a financial planner in 1997. When the company developed a partnership structure in 2008, he was appointed Managing Partner by Darrell Cain because he exhibited servant leadership. In addition to serving dozens of long-term clients, he oversees the financial planners and the financial planning process   as   the partner in charge of Operations. Mr. Wicker regularly lectures at the CWA Practice Transition Seminar, dental society meetings and study clubs nationwide. He is a Certified Financial Planner and holds a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) license from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants of which he is also a member.  Additionally, he is   an Investment Advisor Representative and a member of the Texas Society of CPAs. Mr. Wicker is an alumnus of Kansas State University, and began his career at a Big Four accounting firm.
