Please note the steps below when logging into the enhanced online banking system for the first time:
Enter your Login ID and your Password and click Login.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the forgot password box and you will be prompted to choose a phone number or e-mail address to receive a secure access code.
You will receive a secure access code via the channel selected. Enter the secure access code when prompted (THIS IS NOT YOUR USER ID OR YOUR PASSWORD but a temporary code to gain access to the system in order to change your password.) Click Continue.
Select a new password and confirm it in the boxes selected. Please note your new password. Click continue to enter Online Banking!
